Is Charlie Kirk a Tyrant or a Martyr

Charlie Kirk speak on the day he was assassinated

What would you have Charlie called?

Charlie Kirk was an American influencer and right-wing activist. He advocated for young people, especially young men. He believed that every man should marry a woman to raise a family. He opposed many things that contradicted God’s original plan for mankind, which upset some people who valued diversity.

He was a Christian activist who rose to fame early, starting his movement at 18 and continuing until 31. His influence began with a social media presence. It expanded to founding Turning Point USA. This organisation aims to promote conservative ideas on college campuses.

Kirk was assassinated on the 10th of September 2025 with a single bullet shot that ran through his neck which killed him instantly while he was addressing an audience on the campus of Utah Valley University (UVU) in Orem, Utah, United States.

Kirk encourages young students to debate controversial topics, known for his bold and sharp answers that some found offensive. While many viewed him as a tyrant, others saw him as a martyr.

Some people disagreed with his ideas. They hated him and tried to spread bad news about him. They even celebrated his death. What a cruel and heartless world. A person who claims to be good would never celebrate anyone’s death. As the Bible says in Matthew 12:34, “You brood of vipers, how can you who are evil say anything good? For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.”

At his memorial service, Donald Trump, the president of the United States, spoke with some cabinet members. They talked about their faith in Christ, family, and the American dream. It was surprising to hear them discuss revival and Jesus with thousands watching in the stadium and online. A year and a half ago, Biden’s cabinet included several transgender staff members. This promoted a “Woke” agenda. Some thought it affected children’s views on identity.

The murderer of Charlie Kirk thought that killing him would be the end of the gospel, but it was just the beginning of a revival. It was meant to be a funeral, but it turned to a revival in celebration of his life and good work of faith. The memorial service felt like a church.

Is this a turning point for America?

I believe God has changed the narrative in the White House with Trump’s team. Can we view Trump as the Jehu of our time and Charlie as the Stephen of our time? Could revival in America extend globally, making it a focal point?

I didn’t know Charlie Kirk personally. After watching his videos, I saw that he had the heart of a faithful soldier. He wore God’s armor with a smile. He was a warrior for Christ. He was not a racist or supporter of white supremacy. He wanted to share God’s word with the world.

Personal point of view

As a Christian community, after watching these videos, I can truly say this is Revival. People in the high places like parliament and world leaders are openly professing their faith. They are preaching the gospel in public. If you think being anti-christ is in style, you are mistaken. Revival is happening now. God is the centre of it all. It will not stop because it has already begun. You can be a part of it by pursuing God through Jesus Christ.

God created men and women to have families, and there are no other genders. You may dislike my viewpoint, but I care enough to challenge you and express my thoughts.
