Hanging a shower curtain is just a basic essential to your shower or bath but having a designed shower curtain adds a whole new look to your bathroom.
I moved into my new apartment since end of last year but I intensionally refused to hang any kind of shower curtain in my bathroom because I didn’t want any basic stuff hanging there. I wanted something more outstanding and catching to the eyes, something that can add glamour and at the same time contrast with the white tiled walls.
So I decided to indulge myself in a DIY! Which is one of my major hobbies I like doing with my spare time apart from chilling in my bed and Netflix.
Are you desiring to change the look of your bathroom? Then in few I’m going to explain to a you how to design your shower curtain.
For this project I hand painted the Chanel logo on a polyester Shower Curtain that I got from a store for €7 using an acrylic paint Ceramcoat that is water resistant, and on my Mac page I typed and printed out a CHANEL capital letter words and a double CC that I placed on top of each other to achieve the brand logo.
Start off by cutting out the words, place the paper on the curtain, take some paint and conscientiously slide it through each words. Allow to dry and repeat coat 3 to 4 time the same steps.
Here is a video of how I hand painted the shower curtain, Click on this video below to watch the tutorial.
These kinds of impact logo shower curtains are almost impossible to find unless you make one.
This shower curtain project got me excited and fulfilled. From the initiation process to the end of this project was easy, and I have been monitoring the paints on the curtain and It doesn’t go off even after steams that stays in the bathroom after shower the paint still maintains because is waterproof.
I hope you find this diy interesting? If you like it please like or drop a message if you decide to make one. Thanks xxx
